Telecom Experts Offshore is looking for a Business Analyst/Human Resource Officer.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Write, review and edit requirements, specifications, business processes
- Develop functional specifications and system design specifications
- Evaluating the information gathered through workshops and surveys
- Functional testing of software to provide bug free software to clients
- To suggest development team during product development to meet the business needs
- Assist with the day-to-day HR operations
- Update employees data in the HRMS system
- Update job descriptions and Job profiles
- Review and sort applications and CV’s in regards to Profession and experience
- Participate in recruitment campaigns and job fairs
- Office management
Profile:
- Entry level experience in similar job, (1 – 2) years
- University degree: BBA or relevant discipline
- Experience in Human resources management
- Computer skills – Words, Excel & Power Point
- Fluent in English & French
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Confidential and discrete
- Multi-tasked and demonstrate good work habits |
